I gotta hand it to the team at TPS - everything was super quick and easy to do. Both times we've bought a bike here it was started and finished in under an hour. Everyone in the store has a great personality and is always fun to chat with about bikes. If I ever were to buy a 3rd bike, it would absolutely be here.

My wife Rebecca and I had THE BEST time, and experience with ALL of the staff members. Let me count the ways, wait, I cant count that high! So, to begin, as alway at team power sports, it starts with a genuine warm welcome, and an open invitation to look around. From there it gets better, for example, DC, an extremely knowledgeable and attentive young man greets us warmly and assures ushe is there to assist in anyway that he can help, just give a shout. Totally cool and laid back, and so young it seems. Wise for his short time here on Earth. We have nothing but the highest regard for DC and his fellow Moto dudes and dudettes Sev, Dillon (Dylan), Athena, Chris, Ethan and Lugo are all aces! These folks, DC, Dylan and Sev all have gone several hundred miles above and beyond. Athena and Rachel, both serious riders, brought a special kinship to Becky making her feel respected and welcome, as did ALL of the guys. These folks took the TIME, and Listened well enough to know our thoughts and desires vis a vis riding and latter years adventure for geezers. As a result they hooked us up with Absolutely the right machine for US. They could have made a lot more money, fortunately for us, DC, Sev, Dylan et al are more interested in doing the right thing, and providing right advice, council, and the perfect bike for us. Believe or not DC even farkled her perfectly for my needs and desires, never asked what I might like. he and Sev sussed it just from that ever important reading between the lines. DC, said with a wink farkles were already there. They were perfect, just as I pictured in my mind, they must have all been listening !

My dad bought his Royal Enfield here so when I started to look for my first bike he suggested checking out TPS. I can say that after going there the staff was super helpful and encouraging to a new rider.... and I even came home with a new Himalayan.

I've been a TPS client for multiple years because their staff is friendly and knowledgeable. If I have an issue with my bike they quickly analyze and provide feedback on what is broken, the impact it has on the bike as a whole and what needs to be replaced. They do full service work even when it is a simple oil change. These guys are great and I always recommend them to people who ask me where to take their bike to ensure it gets the attention it needs! Mason in the service department was great! He deals with customers with integrity and honesty. Even though they did not end up fixing our fourwheeler, he diagnosed the problem and recommended to us the next steps to take. He is an outstanding employee, I wish everyone was more like him!!

I had my slide (and then some). Took it into TPS Raleigh and met with Mason in service. Yes, it was totaled. But he was tremendous. What customer service !!! Because of him, frankly, I entertained buying my next bike at all.......and I then did from TPS. I liked my deal and the sales staff was great. I never thought that I would ever purchase a motorcycle, at least not before a car. But one day I decided I want a bike. So when driving down the road one afternoon, I spotted TPS. I went in and didn't know much about bikes or buying one for that matter. I had a great salesperson help me out and his name is Travis. Travis was very polite and patient. He was also very knowledgeable! And if he didn't know an answer to a question, he wasn't afraid to seek out help and make sure my questions were answered. Overall he is a great salesman. Anyway, I'm a newb when it comes to bikes and I've been interested in getting a sportbike for a while now. Knowing this, Travis showed me the 2016 Kawasaki Ninja 300. It felt great and did not feel like I thought it would be. It is actually quite comfortable. I looked at others, like the ZX-10R and Travis did not pull any punches when saying as a new rider you don't want to start on that. I respect that he was not being a "salesman" and going ahead with letting me get that. Eventually I did buy the 300 and I have loved it!! It's a great commuter bike for sure and is perfect for a newbie. I've been riding the 300 for a couple of months now and believe I am ready to move up in power. But still this 300 is an awesome experience for any new rider and I am still very much satisfied with this purchase. I will definitely be coming back. The staff are friendly and they have an awesome selection of bikes.

I've had my KLR 650 serviced at TPS several times. Every time, the staff is stellar, especially Mason Weisel. They are honest and trustworthy and would not hesitate at all in recommending them for service.

I was very pleased with the trade in allowance I was given for my VTX1800. I received $400 more than I asked for! They also got me financed at a rate lower than the Harley Dealers set people up with!I know from experience.I would like to say thanks to Travis and the crew at Team Powersports Raleigh for the experience I had buying my 2010 Harley Heritage from them.I would and have recommended then to my friends and others. I bought my first bike a couple months ago and ventured into the Raleigh Store to look around and bought a helmet. The salesman was really knowledgeable and helpful. After riding my bike I wanted to get it serviced so I called in and talked to Mason and he was really helpful and recommended I bring my bike in for a service since I bought used. I did as recommended and very glad I did. Mason walked me through what my bike needed and was very helpful. Everyone an I mean EVERYONE at Team Powersports was very helpful and very friendly. I work in the automotive industry for repair and probably could have been one of their worst critic, from the word hello though they never gave me the smallest chance to be dissatisfied. I've not ridden dirt bikes for years and now I'm getting back into motocross with my sons. I needed someone to service my bikes and was referred to Mike Hedley by a mutual friend. I brought my motorcycle in for service and was pleasantly surprised with a wonderful experience. Mike's knowledge of motorcycles is incredible and is passionate about his job. I was extremely impressed with the manner in which he desribed in detail, the work he did on my bike. He also took the time to answer many questions I had about operating and maintaining my bike. I will definitely be a repeat customer to Team Powersports.

Phenomenal place. Purchase was smooth sailing with patience and helpful advice from my salesman and when the bike (being my first sportbike) turned out to be too much animal to drive off the lot, they found someone to trailer it to my house in Cary free of charge. Gave me tips on learning and made the whole experience great. Thousands of miles later ... I've had a good experience with their parts / service teams keeping the bike on it's A-game and answering my questions. Love the place!

I came from two other shops to Team-Powersports looking a part for my 1976 Honda that no-one seemed to have, Well by the time I arrived at Team-Powersports I had already came to the conclusion that you guys were not going to give me much help either. When I came to the counter, Thomas keeter greeted me, and went straight to work finding my part. We were not able to find the factory part I was looking for but Thomas was able to find an Aftermarket part that would work. He was VERY professional, and will get all my business from here on.
